Lydia Whitelegg

Head of Commercial Recruitment

Lydia initially started her career in the recruitment industry fresh out of college as a Receptionist/Compliance Administrator on an apprenticeship scheme.

She quickly progressed through the ranks up to Consultant, gaining a reputation for placing high quality, qualified and experienced candidates to SME’s, National and Global businesses across a variety of industries. Covering roles from entry level through to management.

Currently in the next stage of her career, managing the PA and Business Support Division here at Halecroft.

Lydia would describe herself as a person who is dedicated with a friendly approach who loves spending time with her family and little chorkie Ted.

When asked why she loves recruitment she says “It’s all about match making, I gain an enormous satisfaction from helping others and building relationships”
