We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a vibrant, and fast-growing IT Tech company based in Altrincham, Cheshire.
Your role as Accounts Assistant will include but is not be limited to: -
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash flow reporting
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Setting credit limits
- Raising and managing Purchase Order Numbers
- Ensure all internal and external customers and suppliers are always handled with courtesy
Sills required:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts experience
- Experience in using Xero accounting software would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills to ensure that the account function runs smoothly
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make recommendations
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as work independently
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines maintain accuracy
- Professional manner with good communication skills
