An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a fabulous organisation based in Trafford Park. Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the following duties:
- Pricing of jobs based on a tariff
- Raising sales invoices
- Checking purchase invoices from suppliers
- Processing invoices for payment, checking costs, confirming receipt against purchase order
- Entering invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Allocation of customer's payment to sales ledger matching payment against invoices
