Our client based in Manchester is looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis...

  • Supporting the team with a variety of administration and office-based tasks 
  • Dealing with inquiries 
  • Processing requests and orders
  • Updating spreadsheets and the inhouse database for reporting
  • Checking orders for discrepancies
  • Managing the orders from initial placement through to delivery 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience ideally 
  • Strong computer literacy specifically Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • The capability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable 

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon - Fri 37.5hrs per week
