Our client based in Manchester is looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis...
- Supporting the team with a variety of administration and office-based tasks
- Dealing with inquiries
- Processing requests and orders
- Updating spreadsheets and the inhouse database for reporting
- Checking orders for discrepancies
- Managing the orders from initial placement through to delivery
Requirements:
- Relevant experience ideally
- Strong computer literacy specifically Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- The capability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable
Hours: 9am-5pm Mon - Fri 37.5hrs per week
