Supporting with Website Maintenance & Social Media Marketing, day to day duties will include:-
- Consistently improving product listings across 2 websites, ensuring all product descriptions and images are up to date and in line with brand and company standards.
- Manage the full product life cycle of products online – assisting with launching products as well as clearance lines.
- Working with the eCommerce team to effectively merchandise products online ensuring products are listed in the correct categories and in the correct order.
- Coming up with and implementing new ideas to improve user experience.
- Working on MailChimp to assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of email marketing campaigns to customer databases.
- Updating company social media profiles (LinkedIn & Facebook) with relevant B2B content.
- Assisting with product launches online, ensuring the eCommerce / marketing department have all the correct information and materials.
- Supporting the team with other ad hoc marketing duties (ordering materials, proofreading new brochures etc.)
- Working with customers and sales managers to open online accounts with correct information and delivery set up.
- Assisting customers with any website issues (resetting passwords, adding new users etc.)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
