We are looking to recruit a Business Assistant for our client who operates within the FMCG market.

This is a fun, wide, and varied role in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different. With the opportunity to make a difference within a thriving and growing business.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • General office support
  • Checking artwork and making sure it adheres to all regulations and requirements
  • Liaising directly with customers; telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Managing filing system
  • Attending customer and departmental meetings
  • Liaising with all relevant departments across the business
  • Monitoring sales and stock reports and repairing analysis on a monthly basis
  • Ah-hock tasks as and when required in line with business needs

Experience & Expertise:

  • Confident communicator
  • Good organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Good understanding of both written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, work within a team, and also independently with limited supervision
