We are looking to recruit a Business Assistant for our client who operates within the FMCG market.

Role & Responsibilities:
- General office support
- Checking artwork and making sure it adheres to all regulations and requirements
- Liaising directly with customers; telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Managing filing system
- Attending customer and departmental meetings
- Liaising with all relevant departments across the business
- Monitoring sales and stock reports and repairing analysis on a monthly basis
- Ah-hock tasks as and when required in line with business needs
Experience & Expertise:
- Confident communicator
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Good understanding of both written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work within a team, and also independently with limited supervision
