Halecroft Recruitment is currently seeking a Solicitor who specialises in property law and transactions. If you are an experienced legal professional with a proven track record in conveyancing, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of property transactions, ensuring that they are legally valid and secure for all parties involved
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Representing clients in negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with other professionals involved in property transactions
  • Staying updated on changes in property law and regulations
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with property transactions
  • Providing legal advice and services to individuals, families, and trustees in matters related to personal wealth, estates, and tax planning

Requirements: 

  • 7 years experience in property law and conveyancing procedures (Private client experience would be an advantage) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in legal research and technology
  • Law degree and relevant professional qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development and client creation

Hours: 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri 

Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire (Predominantly office based - 1 day per week working from home) 

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
