We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator for our client based in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a great opportunity to support the sales team, by fielding and managing the Sales email inbox
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all email inquiries re new orders, a status update on orders, new client details
- This is a busy department, with a high volume of emails circa 100/150 per day
- Route cause the email and redirect the inquiry through to the relevant person or department for actions to be taken
- Record the outcome of the email in the central database for future reporting and trend analyst
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a similar environment, who possess an excellent telephone manner and proficient in data capture/entry, and happy to talk to customers.
This role is to start immediately and will be based on an initial 1-month contract with a strong possibility to be extended.
Hours: 10.00 am - 6.30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Contract length: 1 month
