Currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor based in Trafford Park
Hours: 9 - 5.30 Mon - Fri
- Telephone-based role, taking orders from customers and processing through to delivery.
- Ensuring Customer Service levels are kept to a high standard.
- Answering a high volume of customer calls, dealing with enquiries relating to products and orders
- Dealing with complaints
- Liaising with suppliers
- Tracking orders
- You will be working in a relaxed environment with a core focus on high service levels
Requirements:
- Confident, professional and a friendly telephone manner
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and have the ability to be flexible
- Customer Service experience (Preferably call centre experience)
- A hardworking & committed attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
