Our well-established client has an opportunity for someone to work as a Customer Service Advisor based in Meir, Stoke on Trent on a temporary ongoing basis.

Hours: 22.5 hrs per week (3 Days per week initially 10am - 6pm with the flexibility to increase to 4 days - Must be able to work Mondays)

For training, you will be required to work 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri

£8.56 per hour

  • Dealing with incoming calls from client accounts to place orders
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Data entry

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Must have contact/call centre and data inputting experience
  • Need to be clearly spoken and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Someone who enjoys a busy, hardworking environment!
  • Excellent written skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels
  • Self-motivated, highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Fast learner keen to develop new skills
  • Flexible to work, sometimes changing and increasing hours
  • Experience in delivering amazing customer service
  • Comfortable in talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers
