Our well-established client has an opportunity for someone to work as a Customer Service Advisor based in Meir, Stoke on Trent on a temporary ongoing basis.
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week (3 Days per week initially 10am - 6pm with the flexibility to increase to 4 days - Must be able to work Mondays)
For training, you will be required to work 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri
£8.56 per hour
- Dealing with incoming calls from client accounts to place orders
- Dealing with enquiries
- Data entry
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Must have contact/call centre and data inputting experience
- Need to be clearly spoken and have an excellent telephone manner
- Someone who enjoys a busy, hardworking environment!
- Excellent written skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels
- Self-motivated, highly organised with great attention to detail
- Fast learner keen to develop new skills
- Flexible to work, sometimes changing and increasing hours
- Experience in delivering amazing customer service
- Comfortable in talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers
