Our client based in Trafford Park are looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Hours: 8.30 - 5 / 9 - 5.30 Mon - Fri

  • Managing customer orders from initial placement to completion
  • Dealing with queries by telephone and email with regards to products, orders, deliveries etc.
  • Input orders onto Sage 200/Microsoft Dynamics
  • Provide Proforma Invoices and Order Acknowledgements
  • Order expediting, liaising with the Warehouse and Carriers, providing ETA's to customers
  • Stock allocation
  • Price Management
  • Booking in deliveries
  • General & adhoc administration/office duties

Key Requirements:

  • Outstanding telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • Good problem solving techniques.
