Our client based in Trafford Park are looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Hours: 8.30 - 5 / 9 - 5.30 Mon - Fri
- Managing customer orders from initial placement to completion
- Dealing with queries by telephone and email with regards to products, orders, deliveries etc.
- Input orders onto Sage 200/Microsoft Dynamics
- Provide Proforma Invoices and Order Acknowledgements
- Order expediting, liaising with the Warehouse and Carriers, providing ETA's to customers
- Stock allocation
- Price Management
- Booking in deliveries
- General & adhoc administration/office duties
- Outstanding telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- Good problem solving techniques.
