Our client based in Trafford Park is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service / Sales Support Apprentice...
9am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri
- Deal with queries by telephone and email with regards to products, orders, deliveries and general information.
- Input orders onto Sage 2020, provide Proforma Invoices and Order Acknowledgements by email.
- Order expediting, liaising with Warehouse and Carriers, providing ETA’s to customers.
- Stock allocation and backorder management.
- Price Management – Ensuring all prices are updated on customer accounts with the assistance of Account Managers.
- Booking in deliveries
- Investigate delivery shortages, queries, complaints and claims. Provide POD’s when requested.
- Manage customer SOP’s with assistance from Warehouse staff to ensure customer Goods In requirements are adhered to prevent delivery failures.
- General & adhoc administration/office duties.
Requirements: -
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
The successful candidate will be provided full training and enrolled on to the Business Administration Apprenticeship programme.
The Apprenticeship
The programmes includes: -
- 4 hrs of learning per week
- Coaching – You will be allocated a personal coach to support you throughout the programme
- Business Administration Qualification – Level 3 Certificate
- Online Technology – You will be provided with your own online learning platform which holds all your learning resources
To complete the qualification, you will complete a record of all learning, produce a portfolio of work-based evidence and pass the module exams.
