Our client based in Trafford Park is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service / Sales Support Apprentice... 

9am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri

  • Deal with queries by telephone and email with regards to products, orders, deliveries and general information.
  • Input orders onto Sage 2020, provide Proforma Invoices and Order Acknowledgements by email.
  • Order expediting, liaising with Warehouse and Carriers, providing ETA’s to customers.
  • Stock allocation and backorder management.
  • Price Management – Ensuring all prices are updated on customer accounts with the assistance of Account Managers.
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Investigate delivery shortages, queries, complaints and claims.  Provide POD’s when requested.
  • Manage customer SOP’s with assistance from Warehouse staff to ensure customer Goods In requirements are adhered to prevent delivery failures.
  • General & adhoc administration/office duties.

Requirements: -

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths

The successful candidate will be provided full training and enrolled on to the Business Administration Apprenticeship programme.

The Apprenticeship

The programmes includes: -

  • 4 hrs of learning per week
  • Coaching – You will be allocated a personal coach to support you throughout the programme
  • Business Administration Qualification – Level 3 Certificate
  • Online Technology – You will be provided with your own online learning platform which holds all your learning resources

To complete the qualification, you will complete a record of all learning, produce a portfolio of work-based evidence and pass the module exams.
