Your role as Estates and Contracts Administrator will operating within the Financial Control team to review leases, insurance details, and the Estates system. This role will be for a period of 3-months, starting 28th January

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking all leases within the system back to original lease documentation
  • Updating system for all variances and differences
  • Reviewing all contracts for insurance obligations
  • Creating and managing a schedule and tracker to ensure we have correctly insured all leases across the estates
  • Liaising with the Head of Estates and all members of the Estates team to report update status on all lease information and ensure that all actions are followed up
  • Attend regular meetings to ensure that Financial Accounting Manager and Estates team are all updated on the progress and any issues are fed back and resolved
  • Working through a large amount of information
  • Needs to be able to review large contracts and pick out key information and identify next steps
  • Working to deadlines to ensure that all leases have been reviewed by May 2019
  • Daily targets of leases reviewed and correctly audited

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly review large amounts of complex information and identify key elements
  • Strong Excel skills
  • This role would suit someone who enjoys tasks which involve attention to detail, enjoy processes and is good at managing repetitive workloads
