Head of Brand Marketing - Manchester
Head of Marketing required for one of Manchester’s fastest-growing fashion brands. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closing with the Head of Ecommerce, you will be instrumental in supporting this company with their exciting growth plans to achieve a ‘leadership position in the fashion industry’ and the most talked about fashion brand! Working for an established and successful business with demonstratable success with ranges in Ladieswear, Menswear and Childrenswear.
The Head of Marketing will have strong PR and communications experience, ability to create, plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, to elevate the brand and maximise consumer impact.
Working with the Head of Ecommerce and team, setting and delivering the marketing strategy and KPI’s to develop, drive and execute highly credible marketing and brand campaigns to ensure consistent activation, visibility, and awareness across the 4 company brands.
Your role will be to measure, analyse, and report on all campaign performances against agreed KPI’s. Monitoring spend to ensure adherence to the marketing budget including proactively providing management with updates on marketing activities
Manage relations with external agencies (creative, PR, digital media etc) and Influencers, and work closely with internal departments to ensure company objectives are met and all their customers are being engaged in the best way: engaging, inspiring and fascinating customers.
Work closely with design/product teams to support the launch of new fashion ranges. Identifying brand opportunities to drive market share for each fashion category.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A can-do attitude, curiosity & willingness to learn, and a passion for marketing
- Be a self-starter who is motivated and driven
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with the ability to understand customers, creating compelling marketing propositions
- Significant experience using digital platforms
- Ideally, degree qualified, preferably within a marketing-related discipline. A CIM qualification is advantageous
- Experience with Excel, Word & PowerPoint, google analytics (or other digital reporting platforms)
- An interest in fashion would be an advantage
