We are looking for a committed person to take on the role of Heat Transfer Operative at our client, they are growing at a fast rate and will need a hard working individual who is enthusiastic and has a positive approach.

Job Purpose

The role of Heat Transfer Operative is a key function in the company, ensuring that all heat applied transfers / logos / names / initials and numbers are applied to the relevant textile clothing garments in line with the requirements of the business.

Position Summary

To work closely with the Branding Unit Manager, Team Wear Designer, Merchandisers and Branding Unit Operatives to complete all heat transfer requirements effectively and efficiently.

  • Essential Functions
    To correctly and accurately apply all heat transfer applications (transfers / logos / numbers / names and initials) to the relevant garments within an order for the Company.
  • To follow and maintain the company guidelines on heat transfer application.
  • To work to the Production schedule for completion of work on time.
  • To develop and extend depth of knowledge in all core competences.
  • To develop as a team player and act as a flexible resource within the various functions of the branding unit when required.
