Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm + 1 in 6 Saturdays 8am - 12noon

- Using a headset to answer all incoming calls into the business (Approx. 70 - 100 incoming calls per day)
- Dealing with enquiries and responding accordingly
- Telephonic triage through assessing the needs/requirements of the caller
- Transferring calls to the correct department
- Updating the internal system and SAP
- General administration and diary management
Requirements:
- Telephone reception / helpdesk / triage experience - Essential
- SAP software experience - Ideal
