This is a great opportunity to join a growing, successful company. Your role will be to cover a 12-month fix term Maternity cover.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Issuing contracts for new starters
  • Compile and issue all new starter and leaver documentation
  • Ensure all employee's records are maintained and updated in accordance with Data Protection legislation
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and scanning duties
  • Uploading/updating employee records on the HR online platforms
  • Respond to and resolve queries relating to the HR online platform
  • Minute taking during HR meetings
  • Collating all sickness and absence data for payroll
  • Processing holiday/leave requests
  • Raise/manage purchase orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support and manage disciplinary processes
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Arrange travel accommodating and process expense forms

Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong phone, email & in-person communication skills
  • Experience with HR software preferably the Citation platform ATLAS
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
