We are recruiting an HR Manager for a unique and rapidly growing business based in Old Trafford.
Your role will include but is not limited to the following duties:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing HR guidance and advice to employees and managers
- Implementing and executing HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Management of recruitment and selection process
- Coaching managers on employee performance management
- Identifying and coordinating training
- Managing the employee life cycle
- Implementing wellbeing and engagement incentives
- Managing monthly payroll with an external payroll provider
- Supporting managers in investigatory, disciplinary, grievance, and appeal hearings
- Facilitating new starter onboarding process
- Assisting managers in managing short and long-term absence
- Producing and monitoring monthly HR KPI’s and metrics
- Monitoring HR budget
About You:
- A friendly and approachable people person
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Able to easily build and maintain relationships
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, leading the HR function
- Able to work well under pressure and to changing priorities
- Experience working in an SME is desirable
