Salary: up to £26,500
Office-Based: Mon - Fri 9-5:30 / 8 – 4:30 / 8:30 – 5 (Flexible)
This role will be working with both the project office and warehouse bringing the 2 into 1 linking the departments, it will be a computer-based admin role with previous experience required. Tasks will include:
- Acting as a link between departments (project, warehousing & logistics)
- Raising quotes and purchase orders through sage
- Allocating orders/backorders
- Checking deliveries through courier portals
- Transferring stock through Sage
- Purchasing and re-ordering stock
- Maintaining engineer van stocks
- Chasing stock discrepancies
- Collecting data and reporting
- Producing quotes for project work
- Updating engineers with job specs
Previous relevant experience is required along with the following key skills:-
- Time management
- Communication
- Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Sage
