We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join a young, vibrant, and fast-going IT Tech company based in Altrincham, Cheshire.
Your role as Office Administrator will be to support the Engineers office with the following duties:
- Processing orders, uploading invoices
- Scheduling Engineers to jobs
- Tracking job status
- Checking report
- Managing/updating service calls
- Answering telephone
- Liaising with Engineers
- Providing full administrative support to the department and wider company
Experience required:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- IT literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and self-starter
- Team player
- Motivated, eager to grow and learn
- Ability to multitask
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
