We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join a young, vibrant, and fast-going IT Tech company based in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Your role as Office Administrator will be to support the Engineers office with the following duties:

  • Processing orders, uploading invoices
  • Scheduling Engineers to jobs
  • Tracking job status
  • Checking report
  • Managing/updating service calls
  • Answering telephone
  • Liaising with Engineers
  • Providing full administrative support to the department and wider company

Experience required:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • IT literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and self-starter
  • Team player
  • Motivated, eager to grow and learn
  • Ability to multitask

Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
