We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for a progressive and growing business based in Altrincham.  Your role will be to provide administrative support to management/co-workers and all departments across the business to ensure an efficient operation.

Duties: -

  • Ensuring all office task/duties are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Answer and dealing with phone, email and face to face enquiries
  • Assist with the generating of reports and manipulating data from Excel Spreadsheets (basic V-Lookups and Formulas experience is a prerequisite)
  • Listing and uploading information onto the Companies Website and various Ecommerce and social media platforms
  • Arranging deliveries, pickups and returns
  • Assisting with the management with day the day accounting transactions including producing invoices, payments, credit notes and credit control
  • Conducting research and gathering information

Experience: -

  • Proven administration and customer service experience
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and priories work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • A great team player
  • A desire to show initiative
