We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for a progressive and growing business based in Altrincham. Your role will be to provide administrative support to management/co-workers and all departments across the business to ensure an efficient operation.
£8.50 - £9.50 per hour on a Temporary to Permanent basis
Duties: -
- Ensuring all office task/duties are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
- Answer and dealing with phone, email, and face to face enquiries
- Assist with the generating of reports and manipulating data from Excel Spreadsheets (basic V-Lookups and Formulas experience is a prerequisite)
- Listing and uploading information onto the Companies Website and various Ecommerce and social media platforms
- Arranging deliveries, pickups, and returns
- Assisting with the management with day the day accounting transactions including producing invoices, payments, credit notes and credit control
- Conducting research and gathering information
Experience: -
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and priories work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Work & Excel)
- A great team player
