An exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Office Administrator for a fabulous company based in Altrincham.
Ideally looking for someone on a 6 month contract basis but also happy to consider for a permanent position
Your role will be to provide administration support to the business: -
- Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
- Monitoring the inbox and responding to emails
- General administration and office support tasks
- Data entry and database management and document preparation
- Supporting the Directors & CEO
- Liaising with suppliers, business partners and contractors as well as in-house teams, as required
Key Skills and Expertise:
- Experienced with administration duties
- Microsoft Office skills including basic Excel spreadsheets and work documents
- Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a professional services environment
- Must have a stable work history demonstrating longevity and commitment
Hours: 9 - 5:30 Mon - Fri
