Our client is looking to appoint an Office Assistant to the CEO and provide support to the wider team based in London. Your role will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Facilitate all activities and communications relating to Reception and Front of House functions, including promptly dealing with all incoming telephone calls in a personal, professional and

highly effective manner

  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence, and co-ordinate of couriers and other high priority delivery logistics
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements
  • Liaise with clients, business partners and suppliers, as well as the internal teams
  • Assist with the administration of the HR function
  • Provide general support and assistance to Lead and Senior Administrators working in a busy Administration Services Office
  • Where necessary, to provide full personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO
  • To liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure that the building is kept to the required standard
  • Controlling and monitoring of stationery and office requisites in line with budgets
  • Management of Health and Safety, including fire alarm tests, workplace inspections and fire drills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a high calibre, disciplined, results orientated, professional services environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
