Our client based in Manchester City Centre is currently looking to recruit a Procurement Coach on a permanent basis. This role is fully remote working so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK.

The role is to manage an agreed caseload of learners through their programme and support and develop each learner to meet their agreed learning objectives within their Individual Learning Plan.

Responsibilities:- 

  • Producing Individual Learning Plans

  • Deliver scheduled training sessions and one to one training and coaching

  • Carry out a schedule of contacts to meet target

  • Identify and carry out actions to correct underperformance as required

  • Report issues in a timely manner to Programme Manager

  • Carry out progress reviews minimum every 12 weeks

  • Develop action plans which lead to achievement

  • Carry out assessments in line with the programme requirement

  • To prepare the learner to endpoint assessment

  • Follow internal procedures and processes and ensure required documentary evidence is in place and compliant

  • Communicate effectively with Employers around learner progress

  • Actively involve employers in the planning and delivery of learning

Requirements:-

  • Coaching experience is not essential as this can be trained, currently looking for a candidate with industry experience ideally MCIPS status or CIPS Level 4 
  • Professional, friendly and approachable

Hours – 37.5 hours Mon-Fri

Package: £28,000 - £32,000
