A new requirement has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our client based in Altrincham.
Starting in January 2020 for a period of 4 months, it is an exciting time to join the business.
- Supporting the Project Control Officers with administration
- Collating and updating reports and uploading onto a portal
- Supporting with admin for travel and accommodation bookings
- Monitoring the inbox, checking all email correspondence
- Booking engineers, assisting with engineer scheduling and liaising with recruitment specialists
- Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering or scheduling background
- Confident, good telephone manner and IT skills
Hours: 9 - 5:30 Mon - Fri
