This role will be a senior role in our project office and will be in working with the Project Manager and administrators, previous experience is required within a similar environment. Tasks will include:
- Working across multiple projects, co-ordinating the team
- Supporting the project from start to finish
- Working alongside the PM to implement processes
- Co-ordinating installations and upgrades
- Ability to look at and understand schematic drawings (CAD)
- Process program of works and schedule accordingly
- Collate data and produce reports
- Attend virtual meetings and conference calls
Requirements: -
- Experience in a project role within the IT/construction industry
- Experience with Excel and computer skills is a must
- To be well organised and have a systematic approach to processes
- Working well in a team and having good communication skills
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Good time management
Office-Based: Mon - Fri 9-5:30 / 8 – 4:30 / 8:30 – 5 (Flexible)
