Our client based in Trafford Park is looking to recruit a Quality Assistant / Scheduling Administrator to support the Quality Department with administration and customer service.
- Supporting the team with customer service and administration
- Dealing with inquiries
- Booking in site visits with customers, contractors, and engineers
- Scheduling
- Supporting the Quality Co-ordinator with a variety of tasks
- Communicating internally and externally with different departments, customers and suppliers
Required:
- IT Skills – Excel, Word & Outlook
- Good customer service background, ideally engineering scheduling
- Excellent administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Self Motivated
- Good work ethic
£11.54 p/h
Temporary – Ongoing
Flexibility required to work both remote and office-based in Trafford Park
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
