- Answering the main telephone line, dealing with enquiries and logging tickets
- Acting as a gate keeper, preventing unwanted traffic from coming through
- Responsible for deciding who can get through to each department with the goal of preventing interruption
- Professionally answering any calls and transferring to relevant contacts
- Providing high quality 1st line business support
- Updating customers on the status of their query
- Accurately logging details of calls received on the CRM platform, ensuring they are forwarded to the relevant team
- Day to day point of contact for all front of house matters
- Ad-hoc administration support
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility required)
