The Recruitment Manager will ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. Responsible for the delivery of around 200 hires per year they will have overall responsibility for the recruitment strategy for the business and have the ability to create and roll out tailored attraction campaigns and measure their success.
Responsible for the leadership, design, development and execution of the recruitment strategy deliverables that will include cost per hire, time to hire and retention.
To set KPI's for the department to enable them to deliver to all stakeholders.
Leading direct hiring and sourcing activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
Responsible for analysing data to identify gaps, trends, and required areas of focus. Partner with leadership to establish recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, guide decision making, and measure recruitment team productivity. Will lead on compiling recruitment statistics for sign off.
Manages contractual relationships with placement agencies for both permanent and direct labour,
Manages job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for group optimum exposure and for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.
Analyse and share market trend knowledge and develop cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.
Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role.
Creates interview protocol and questions tailored to each vacancy to ensure best candidates are sourced and recruitment process is followed.
Support interviewing where required and monitor feedback from interviews.
Proven experience of managing a recruitment function across multiple sites with previous responsibility for high volume hiring.
A self starter who can demonstrate that they have exceeded recruitment targets and SLA's to contribute to the success of an organisation.
Ability to interpret and analyse recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire and net throughput.
Proven ability to lead a team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
Ability and previous experience of travelling extensively to fully partner with stakeholders to support and achieve recruitment targets
