We are looking for a confident and organised Support Administrator, happy to be the 1st point of contact for the Resourcing Team's incoming calls and either deal with the enquiry fully or log all details and pass on to a member of the team. The role will be for a 4 -8 weeks, depending on call demand.
* Deal with all phone calls coming in to the team (alongside 2 other team members)
* Qualify calls regarding - expenses, invoice queries, registering new pharmacists & locums, general support
* Complete spreadsheets / data entry
* Attention to detail
* Log daily incidents & register on relevant form
