A fantastic opportunity to join our client based in Altrincham, as a Sales Account Manager. This exciting role offers the chance to work within a thriving sales and marketing team, contributing to the company's year-on-year growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a B2B account list of approximately 200 existing accounts
- Follow up on new leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns
- Maintain customer intelligence in the CRM database
- Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives
- Manage customers' ongoing requirements and gather feedback
- Build knowledge and credibility in the product market
- Identify and act on competitive threats to the business
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with customers in different UK locations (1 - 2 x per week)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales account management role
- Comfortable making a significant amount of outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented
- Capable of maintaining and increasing business with existing customers
- Ability to travel and meet face to face with a wide range of customers
- Experience managing a B2B account list
- Adept at using CRM systems to manage customer intelligence and actions
Location: Altrincham (Office based)
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission
