Our client based in Wakefield is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis...

The role is to provide a professional, efficient, and customer-centric focused approach through sales support and administration of orders.

  • Customer Purchase Order processing 
  • Resolving customer telephone queries with a resolved first-time approach.
  • Accurate backorder management to help support projection figures and stock forecasting.
  • Building excellent relationships, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in working within a Customer service-providing environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, multitasking skills, and ability to meet deadlines set
  • Eager to develop skills and knowledge
  • Experience in SAP/CRM is desirable
  • IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
