The role is to provide a professional, efficient, and customer-centric focused approach through sales support and administration of orders.
- Customer Purchase Order processing
- Resolving customer telephone queries with a resolved first-time approach.
- Accurate backorder management to help support projection figures and stock forecasting.
- Building excellent relationships, providing excellent customer service
- Relevant experience in working within a Customer service-providing environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills, and ability to meet deadlines set
- Eager to develop skills and knowledge
- Experience in SAP/CRM is desirable
- IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
