Salary: £18,000
- Dealing with customer enquiries regarding products
- Order processing
- Checking stock levels and pricing
- Monitoring orders
- Liaising with couriers to check order status and tracking details
- Creating new accounts
- Supporting with invoicing and chasing customers for payments
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (essential).
- Knowledge of Sage or eCommerce platforms would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft packages – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
