Our client based in Trafford Park is looking to recruit a French-speaking Sales Support Administrator...​

Salary: £18,000

  • Dealing with customer enquiries regarding products
  • Order processing
  • Checking stock levels and pricing
  • Monitoring orders
  • Liaising with couriers to check order status and tracking details
  • Creating new accounts
  • Supporting with invoicing and chasing customers for payments

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (essential).
  • Knowledge of Sage or eCommerce platforms would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft packages – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
