We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler based in Trafford Park, to work on an ongoing temporary basis. This role requires the person to be organised, and efficient with strong administration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with high volumes of incoming calls
- Liaising with customers, engineers, and third-party subcontractors to arrange site visits
- Customer service – emails and phone
- Use of various systems
- Payments, reports and invoicing
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Validating, coordinating, and scheduling customer site visits
- Taking calls and assisting with queries via the helpline
- Dealing with email queries
- Liaising with direct and third-party engineers
- Escalating queries and complaints accordingly
- Customer invoicing
- Third-party invoicing
- Process Service & Maintenance contracts
- Quoting for remedial works
- Parts ordering and shipment where required
- Processing reports
- Closing customer visits
- Adhere to ISO9001 procedures
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
£12.09 per hour
Hours: 7hrs per day between 8 am – 6 pm Mon – Fri
