We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler based in Trafford Park, initially for 6 - 12 months. This role requires the person to be organised, efficient with strong administration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with high volumes of incoming calls
- Liaising with customers, engineers, and third-party subcontractors to arrange site visits
- Customer service – emails and phone
- Use of various systems
- Payments, reports, and invoicing
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Validating, co-ordinating and scheduling customer site visits
- Taking calls and assisting with queries via the helpline
- Dealing with email queries
- Liaising with direct and third-party engineers
- Escalating queries and complaints accordingly
- Customer invoicing
- Third-party invoicing
- Process Service & Maintenance contracts
- Quoting for remedial works
- Parts ordering and shipment where required
- Processing reports
- Closing customer visits
- Adhere to ISO9001 procedures
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
£13.74 per hour
Hours: 7hrs per day between 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri
