Our client based in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their award-winning Digital Agency.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Day to day duties:
- Understand client objectives and discuss/recommend requirements including the development of the creative brief, project deliverables, timescales, roles, and responsibilities, providing the best value and advice.
- Manage and co-ordinate client requirements including quotations, proposals, project schedules (& sign-offs), meeting agendas & minutes, monthly activity reports & invoicing, etc.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships and continually seek to identify commercial opportunities by proactive management of the client relationship.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Managing client expectations and effectively communicating throughout the lifecycle of a project or retained relationship using appropriate channels.
- Planning for client projects in relation to brand strategy & identity, marketing communications, and online strategy.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to the team members where necessary, checking and feeding back on the quality of their work.
- Provide agency marketing & new business support (attending pitches or events, writing blogs or proposals) when required to do so.
Requirements:
- Must have a previous creative agency background
- Proven experience as an Account Manager with a track record of delivering projects
