We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Co-ordinator/Workflow Scheduler based in Trafford Park, initially for 6 months. This role requires the person to be organised, efficient with strong administration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers, engineers, and third-party subcontractors to arrange site visits
  • Customer service – emails and phone
  • Use of various systems
  • Payments, reports, and invoicing
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Validating, co-ordinating and scheduling customer site visits
  • Taking calls and assisting with queries via the helpline
  • Dealing with email queries
  • Liaising with direct and third-party engineers
  • Escalating queries and complaints accordingly
  • Customer invoicing
  • Third-party invoicing
  • Process Service & Maintenance contracts
  • Quoting for remedial works
  • Parts ordering and shipment where required
  • Processing reports
  • Closing customer visits
  • Adhere to ISO9001 procedures
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks

£13.74 per hour

Hours: 7hrs per day between 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri
