Spares & Warranty Advisor / SAP Administrator - Manchester Based
12 month contract
up to £25,000 + Bonus
9am – 5pm Mon – Fri
Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Spares & Warranty team which will include a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing quotations for spare parts
- Identifying correct spare parts for customers
- Dealing with customer queries relating to Spares, Warranty and Returns
- Processing orders, warranty claims and returns requests in a prompt and efficient manner using SAP
- Liaising with credit department in order to establish the account status of customers in relation to their purchase order
- Raising credits where applicable for Spares, Warranty and Returns including application of labour contributions and stock handling charges where appropriate
- Managing customer back orders
- Validate warranty claims and returns requests, liaise with appropriate after-sales departments where applicable
- Update all transactions on CRM
- Organise collection of product to warehouse/workshop
- Liaise with CLA regarding any/all transportation issues
- Liaise with workshop in respect of inspections for warranty validation and condition of returned stock
Experience & Skills:
- IT Literate
- Ideally Engineering Wholesale experience
- Relevant experience required
- Regular use of office software in particular Excel
- Customer service mindset
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Good telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
