Our client based in Manchester is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 9 Month Maternity Contract...

The role will involve:-

Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles across the UK. Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, identify and utilise relevant sources for candidate attraction including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offers, etc. Pre-screen candidates where appropriate and provide shortlists for line managers (including telephone screening and interviewing candidates). Collate all feedback and manage the candidate experience. Ensure that all vacancies are filled in a timely manner. Single point of contact for all external recruitment partners, including managing the relationship with agencies and reviewing/updating the PSL. Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing stakeholders. Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and is managed appropriately both internally and externally. Complete all associated recruitment administration.

Continuous Improvement - Responsible for reducing overall agency spend. Review current direct attraction methods. Undertake manpower planning discussions with the Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and department heads to forecast future requirements (consider pipelining, flight risk, internal moves, growth, etc).

Internal Relationships - To communicate and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the Company to fully understand requirements and deliver a value-added service. To work effectively with other members of the HR team.
