Our client based in Altrincham is looking to recruit an HR / Recruitment Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, initially for around 6 weeks
Working with the Head of Recruitment and wider People Services team on:
- Arranging Telephone Introductions and Face to Face/Teams interviews for all contractor candidates
- Arranging Interviews in Outlook and relevant administration for permanent recruitment
- Administration and compliance with Contractors post-offer, e.g. setting up reference calls, security clearances, arranging start dates and setting up IT with the internal team, contractor administration (working with finance, etc)
- On Contractors first day – ensuring set up, office tour, H&S
- Other ad-hoc People Services or Recruitment tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
- Recruitment Admin or HR Admin, ideally with some onboarding or compliance experience
- MS Office, word, excel, Outlook – particularly diary management, MS Teams
- Some HR or ATS system experience would be ideal but not essential
£12.50 - £13 p/h
Altrincham based, 5 days a week, 9-5.30 Mon - Fri
