Our client based in Altrincham is looking to recruit an HR / Recruitment Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, initially for around 6 weeks

Working with the Head of Recruitment and wider People Services team on:

  • Arranging Telephone Introductions and Face to Face/Teams interviews for all contractor candidates
  • Arranging Interviews in Outlook and relevant administration for permanent recruitment  
  • Administration and compliance with Contractors post-offer, e.g. setting up reference calls, security clearances, arranging start dates and setting up IT with the internal team, contractor administration (working with finance, etc)
  • On Contractors first day – ensuring set up, office tour, H&S
  • Other ad-hoc People Services or Recruitment tasks as required by the team

Requirements: 

  • Recruitment Admin or HR Admin, ideally with some onboarding or compliance experience
  • MS Office, word, excel, Outlook – particularly diary management, MS Teams
  • Some HR or ATS system experience would be ideal but not essential 

 £12.50 - £13 p/h 

Altrincham based, 5 days a week, 9-5.30 Mon - Fri
