We are recruiting for a Temporary Scheduling Administrator to work for our client based in Trafford Park.  This is a contract role starting ASAP on an ongoing basis. Hourly rate £10.00, hours 9am – 5pm. (Mon - Fri) 

Working in a fast-paced environment, day to day duties will include:- 

  • Handling customer requests for site visits
  • Scheduling and validating site visits
  • Invoicing customers 
  • Liaising with and scheduling of engineers 
  • Handling customer queries and requests
  • Assisting homeowners with issues and queries
  • Ensuring visit reports are submitted on time
  • Assisting engineers on any site visit issues 

The role requires the following attributes/ competencies: -

  • IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel and word)
  • Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day individual workload.
  • Excellent business sense, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work using initiative and under pressure
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous scheduling experience would be ideal
