We are recruiting for a Temporary Scheduling Administrator to work for our client based in Trafford Park. This is a contract role starting ASAP on an ongoing basis. Hourly rate £10.00, hours 9am – 5pm. (Mon - Fri)
Working in a fast-paced environment, day to day duties will include:-
- Handling customer requests for site visits
- Scheduling and validating site visits
- Invoicing customers
- Liaising with and scheduling of engineers
- Handling customer queries and requests
- Assisting homeowners with issues and queries
- Ensuring visit reports are submitted on time
- Assisting engineers on any site visit issues
The role requires the following attributes/ competencies: -
- IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel and word)
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
- Ability to manage day-to-day individual workload.
- Excellent business sense, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work using initiative and under pressure
- Excellent and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous scheduling experience would be ideal
