We are looking to recruit a Trading Assistant with beauty/personal care/FMCG products experience. Your role will include but not limited to the following duties: -
- Creating Sales Orders
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Overseeing product labelling
- Overseeing advertising support from suppliers
- Overseeing Brochure (creating brochures/promotion specials, uploading onto the website)
- Assisting with key accounts
- Looking after customer accounts
- Tracking promotion periods and end of year income checking
- Fulfilling PA and administrative responsibilities to Trading Manager
Skills / Requirement
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and numeracy skills
- FMCG/Supply Chain/Warehouse experience
