1 x role working Mon - Fri 45hrs per week (7am - 4pm / 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm) Hybrid working on a weekly rotational basis (1 week in office / 1 week working from home)
1 x role working 45hrs per week, In a 5 day working week Mon - Fri, there is four 8-5 shifts, and one 9-6 shift. but the hybrid working is 3 days in, 2 days at home
Duties:
- Manage customer related calls (inbound & outbound)
- Raise work orders, ensure accurate coding, check maintenance history, validate & authorise additional work, follow up on pending work orders
- Cost control, secondary warranty, warranty ID & management, challenge maintenance cost, negotiating with vendors &/or suppliers.
- Accurate follow up on rebill process, obtain purchase order & apply customer markups
- Ensure services pricing is in line with vendor pricing
- Parts management
- Reservations
- Contract maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role
- Computer skills: average knowledge of the MS Office applications
- Able to work under pressure; stress resilient
- Self-motivated.
