Our client based in Trafford Park is currently looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator initially on a 12 - 24 Month Contract.
The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 1 -2 days in the office in Trafford Park
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Salary: £23,000
Duties:
- High volume of data entry and migration
- Providing quotations for spare parts
- Dealing with customer queries relating to Warranty and Returns
- Processing orders, warranty claims and returns requests in a prompt and efficient manner using SAP
- Raising credits where applicable for Warranty and Returns including application of labour contributions and stock handling charges where appropriate
- Validate warranty claims and returns requests, liaise with appropriate after sales departments where applicable
- Update all transactions on CRM
- Organise collection of product to warehouse/workshop
- Liaise with workshop in respect of inspections for warranty validation and condition of returned stock
