Lydia initially started her career in the recruitment industry fresh out of college as a Receptionist/Compliance Administrator on an apprenticeship scheme.

She quickly progressed through the ranks up to Consultant, gaining a reputation for placing high quality, qualified and experienced candidates to SME’s, National and Global businesses across a variety of industries. Covering roles from entry-level through to management.

Currently in the next stage of her career as Associate Director, spearheading the PA and Business Support Division here at Halecroft.

Lydia would describe herself as a person who is dedicated with a friendly approach who loves spending time with her family and little Chorkie Ted.

When asked why she loves recruitment she says “It’s all about matchmaking, I gain an enormous satisfaction from helping others and building relationships”
