We are looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Representative - for a company based in Altrincham. They offer products and services on behalf of a large healthcare company. Taking inbound calls from customers to book medical appointments.
Experience of dealing with people over the phone
Logging call details
Checking appointment availability at various locations
Excellent Customer Service skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
Temporary - ongoing
Full time - 35hrs per week - including 1 in 3 weekends work (with 2 week days off)
