Our client is looking to appoint an Office Assistant / Administrator to support the CEO and provide assistance to the wider team based in London. Your role will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with all incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, co-ordinating couriers and other high priority delivery logistics
  • Arranging travel and accommodation requirements
  • Diary Management
  • Liaising with clients, business partners and suppliers, as well as the internal teams
  • Assisting with the administration of the HR function
  • Providing general support and assistance to Lead and Senior Administrators working in a busy Administration Services Office
  • Where necessary, to provide full personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO
  • To liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure that the building is kept to the required standard
  • Controlling and monitoring of stationery and office requisites in line with budgets
  • Management of Health and Safety, including fire alarm tests, workplace inspections and fire drills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client liaison skills
  • Superb telephone manner
  • Proven reception / front of house experience
  • A smart polished professional appearance and a positive, persistent, "can do" personality
  • Commitment and loyalty to their team and colleagues
  • Professional self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Strong work prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate longevity / stability within previous roles

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a corporate professional services environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Location: Westminster, London

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm
