We are recruiting for a Beauty Therapist to work for an aesthetics clinic based in Hale, Cheshire who prides itself on providing treatments that complement and enhance their patient’s appearance, whilst ensuring the highest standards of medical ethics and safety are maintained. The clinic has a passion for quality skincare, and love seeing the difference in their patient’s happiness and confidence after treatment. As a business, they work as a team supporting each other to ensure that they provide the best patient journey and that they all continue their own personal/professional development with on-going training encouraged and provided by the clinic.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conducting 1-1 consultations with patients including skin analysis and advising on skin and body care
- Providing professional and well-informed advice to patients and promoting suitable available treatments
- Providing a range of non-surgical face, body, and relaxation treatments customized to patient needs including Laser Hair removal/ILP, Radio Frequency, Skin Peels and Micro-Needling
- Working with a range of equipment and products
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills regarding new treatments, products, and equipment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the treatments rooms as part of a team
- Answering the telephone, making appointments, maintaining client records using Pabau, and handling financial transactions
- Maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
- Attending regular team meetings
- Supporting the team as necessary for the needs and growth of the business
- Maintaining and developing patient relationships through promotions and events
- Supporting the team with stock control and ordering products
- Providing excellent customer service and aftercare advice
Skills requirement
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Aesthetics
- Passionate about skincare and skin health
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Pabau
- Confident in holding 1-2-1 consultations with patients and designing bespoke treatment plans
- Experienced in dealing with skin conditions such as Acne, Pigmentation, Rosacea, and Ageing
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop existing skillset
