Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Ongoing (Office Based)
£9.48 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (10am - 6pm Mon - Fri)
Location: Meir, Stoke on Trent
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers from order input through to order fulfillment.
Through answering incoming calls and e-mails, take and input orders, answer enquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information.
The Role:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Process all customer’s orders
- Record customer requirements/complaints
- Log calls
